A leading construction company is seeking a Design Coordinator to join the Civil Works Alliance for the Sizewell C project in Suffolk. The role requires support in managing design processes and collaboration with diverse teams to maintain high standards and safety. We are recruiting a Design Coordinator to join us within the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), working on the Marine & Tunnelling (M&T) portion of the Sizewell C project in Suffolk. As part of the CWA, we’re supporting the delivery of Sizewell C, a 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station that will generate low‑carbon electricity for around 6 million homes. This is a nationally significant infrastructure project that will play a critical role in the UK’s energy future, providing reliable, clean power for at least 60 years. In this role, I’m looking for someone who can support the technical delivery of complex designs across marine and tunnelling interfaces. You’ll work closely with our Design Management team, external consultants and supply chain partners to ensure permanent works designs are coordinated, reviewed and delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll be based at Sizewell C Project Office / Site, working in a highly collaborative team that values diversity, inclusion and professional development.
