Job summary

A local government body in Greater London is looking for motivated Education Rangers to deliver outdoor education in parks. Candidates should have a passion for inspiring children and facilitating their connection with nature through engaging activities. The roles are fixed term for 13 weeks and offer varying hours. Salary: £27,510 - £30,210 (30 hours) £16,506 - £18,126 (18 hours) Inclusive of all allowances

Contractual Hours: 2x roles available (18 hours per week and 30 hours per week)

Are you passionate about outdoor education and eager to inspire the next generation? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Education Ranger to join our Natural Environment Learning Team. In this role, you will help deliver our school engagement programme, providing enriching outdoor learning experiences for children.

As part of a dynamic team you’ll lead educational activities that:

  • Boost children’s wellbeing, confidence and understanding.
  • Foster a deep connection with nature.
  • Support and enrich the National Curriculum.
  • Inspire curiosity, fun, exploration and a lifelong love of learning.
