About the Role

Introduction—This is an opportunity to join Oxford University Press, a globally recognized leader in education and publishing. You will work on innovative projects that combine print and digital formats, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences for students and teachers. This position provides exposure to curriculum design, digital content creation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams, making it an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about education and technology.

Opportunity—You will be responsible for developing and editing Science content for K–8, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and educational standards. Key responsibilities include managing the complete content development cycle from manuscript to final print and digital delivery, creating and reviewing digital content such as animations, interactivities, and e‑books, and developing question banks aligned with learning taxonomies. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery, support business development by training sales teams, and gather market feedback for continuous product improvement.

About You

Essential Criteria:

  • Postgraduate degree with 5–7 years of experience
  • M.Sc. with experience in K–8 EdTech or publishing industry
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design and pedagogy
  • Familiarity with digital content development and editing processes
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and digital content tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Agile mindset and ability to work in dynamic environments

Desirable:

  • Teaching or teacher training experience
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines effectively
