Location: Home-based, with 1 day per week at our head office in Huddersfield
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning the full new business process - from identifying and qualifying prospects to pitching, negotiating, and securing long‑term relationships. Backed by a strong in‑house team including marketing, finance, and implementation support, you’ll play a leading role in driving our presence across the Fleet sector.
You’ll represent FMG at the forefront of the market, building relationships with leasing companies, large corporates, and fleet management businesses – and you’ll be pivotal in evolving our propositions to meet their changing needs.

Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 based on experience, enhanced by a commission structure and generous bonus scheme!
Annual Leave -Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service, plus the flexibility to buy or sell up to 5 extra days each year. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday!
