  • Lead the end-to-end setup of electronic data capture solutions (eCRFs/ePROs) in Medidata Rave/EDC Designer, owning configuration, design decisions, and delivery timelines.
  • Architect robust databases, program advanced edit checks and custom functions, and build automated reports; integrate data to and from external systems (e.g., labs, IWRS, CTMS) via validated interfaces.
  • Drive and document system validation activities, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and audit readiness without constant oversight.
  • Safeguard quality and on-time delivery by proactively identifying risks, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for sponsors and study teams during eCRF implementation, translating requirements into scalable designs and guiding stakeholders through best practices.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of design templates, coding standards, and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across studies.
  • CRO experience: Minimum 3 years in a CRO environment leading and delivering EDC/Rave builds.
  • Medidata Rave credentials: Current Rave certifications/accreditations (e.g., Rave Study Builder/Designer, Architect, EDC Admin, RTSM, Coder) are required; proven hands-on expertise with study build, edit checks/custom functions, imports/exports, integrations, and reporting.
  • Experience with additional EDC platforms (e.g., Veeva CDMS, Clincase, Oracle InForm) is a nice to have.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong skills in relevant languages and tools (e.g., C#), API/web services, and data mapping (XML/CSV).Experience with SAS, SQL/PL/SQL, Python, Groovy is an added benefit.
  • Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Residence requirement: You already live in the UK and have the right to work here.
  • Excellent professional English; all project communication and documentation are conducted exclusively in English.
