A prominent adult social care provider in the UK is seeking a qualified professional to oversee the implementation of their positive support model and supervise PBS practitioners. This role involves collaboration with regional leadership to enhance care experiences, delivering training, and prioritizing person-centered goals. Applicants should have a relevant master's degree and experience in social care, along with excellent team communication skills and a passion for making a difference.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract.
