Newcastle Customer Contact Centre
Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time
Hours: (40 hours per week) Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm
Salary: up to £30,000 OTE (including basic of £22,000, plus bonus)

As aCustomer Advisor, you’ll be at the front line of interaction with our customers – handling calls, emails, live chats, and digital enquiries. You’ll use technology and your product knowledge to turn opportunities into bookings and ensure every interaction reflects our brand values and high standards.

What We're Looking For
✅ Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or sales environment (preferred)
✅ Strong communication skills – written and verbal

✅ Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends and bank holidays
