Qualifications

Pharmacy Assistant / opportunity to become Assistant Manager
40hrs 9.30am-6.30pm
Didcot, Oxfordshire

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Pharmacy Manager to join our team in a pharmacy that has recently undergone exciting changes under new Co Owner Partnership with our experienced Pharmacist. Our ambitious new partner is passionate about staff development and is committed to creating a workplace full of opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive.

Essential Requirements
  • Previous pharmacy experience.
  • GPhC Registered Pharmacy Technician or min NVQ L2 Qualified Dispenser
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an Assistant Pharmacy management role / experienced dispenser role
  • Familiarity with ProScript.
  • Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification desirable.
  • Vaccinator training (or willingness to complete).

For this Assistant Manager role, previous experience in community Pharmacy level at management or Technicianlevel is essential. Successful candidates will possess a real can-do attitude, have proven leadership skills and an excellent customer service background.

At Assistant Manager level, working with different personalities and experience within the team is key so we need someone who can hit the ground running, tackle situations head on and ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy.
