Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting adults with additional needs in a community setting.
• Ability to assist adults with day-to-day tasks such as shopping and public transport.
• Essential ability to use person centred approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support adults to participate in activities in the community.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing by maintaining safeguarding practices.
• Attend staff meetings and support supervision with the coordinator.
