Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of progressive experience in account management, product delivery, or client services.
• Proven ability to lead the full lifecycle of client Statements of Work.
• Experience in Web3, AdTech, MarTech, FinTech, or loyalty programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Statements of Work with clear timelines and KPIs.
• Translate client business goals into actionable product requirements.
• Serve as the primary client contact, mapping stakeholders across teams.
