A community health service provider in Liverpool is recruiting for Crisis and Recovery Workers to provide essential support to individuals facing mental health crises. You will work directly with service users to promote their independence and recovery while collaborating with other professionals for integrated care. The role offers flexible hours, including both full-time and part-time opportunities, along with a range of benefits including a probationary bonus and 28 days of annual leave.

We are proud to collaborate with Merseycare, local police force, crisis teams, and other agencies to offer a new night time crisis prevention service for individuals with mental health conditions in Liverpool City Centre for which we are now recruiting for Crisis and Recovery Workers.
Our service aims to provide a safe and secure environment for individuals at a crisis point in their mental health. Operating from 6pm every day of the year, our goal is to reduce hospitalizations, dependency on A&E departments and police resources. Utilizing a social model of support, our staff team will employ appropriate de-escalation and support techniques while promoting clients’ abilities to manage their coping strategies.
