  • Own and improve engineering governance, including process safety, PUWER, ATEX/DSEAR compliance and safe systems of work.
  • Provide technical expertise for electrical, control and instrumentation systems, ensuring integrity, standardisation and site‑wide support.
  • Lead or support capital project development and execution, from small improvements to major site upgrades, ensuring they meet cost, safety and performance expectations.
  • Use Lean, Six Sigma and CI methodologies to identify waste reduction, improve productivity and optimise asset utilisation.
  • Support troubleshooting, defect elimination and root‑cause investigations to resolve equipment or process‑related issues.
  • Maintain accurate engineering documentation and CMMS records, ensuring compliance with safety‑critical and quality‑critical maintenance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Development and Global Technology – to drive best practice and ensure the long‑term development of site processes and technology.

  • Experience in project management, asset management and reliability engineering.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Passion for continuous improvement, coaching and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and build strong professional relationships.
  • A proactive mindset and a drive to deliver sustainable improvements.
