A global payroll solutions provider is seeking a Payroll Business Operations Specialist to lead medium to large projects improving payroll processes and compliance. The Payroll Business Operations Specialist independently leads and delivers medium to large-scale projects within the payroll domain. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The Specialist performs impact analysis, risk assessments, and change management while identifying process gaps and connecting data insights to operational improvements. They drive efficiency, support strategic goals, and maintain alignment with compliance and governance standards.
