Nurse Manager – Frome Valley Medical Centre
Overview

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse Manager to join our forward-thinking, supportive, and enthusiastic team at Frome Valley Medical Centre.

We are a well-established practice serving a population of 14,500 patients, supported by a dynamic team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and a phlebotomist. Our nursing team delivers a wide range of chronic disease management and enhanced services, and we are committed to providing high-quality, patient‑centred care.

About the Role

We are seeking a Nurse Manager with proven clinical and leadership experience in a primary care setting. The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Experience in managing or supervising a clinical team
  • Familiarity with HR procedures and team leadership
  • A diploma in diabetes or respiratory care (desirable)
  • A prescribing qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • A strong interest in staying current with developments in primary care and a willingness to undertake further training as needed
Contract and Salary
  • Up to 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary: Up to £55,360 pro rata per annum, depending on experience
