We are a well-established practice serving a population of 14,500 patients, supported by a dynamic team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and a phlebotomist. About the Role

We are seeking a Nurse Manager with proven clinical and leadership experience in a primary care setting. The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Experience in managing or supervising a clinical team
• Familiarity with HR procedures and team leadership
• A diploma in diabetes or respiratory care (desirable)
• A prescribing qualification (desirable but not essential)
• A strong interest in staying current with developments in primary care and a willingness to undertake further training as needed

Contract and Salary
