A prominent healthcare provider in Plymouth seeks a dedicated individual to assist in the Medical Equipment Library service. This full-time position involves ensuring equipment is well-organized, assisting with equipment loans, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates should have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience in a customer service or clinical environment. This role requires teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to handle equipment safely. A permanent contract is offered with a salary of £24,465 per annum.
To assist in the provision of the Medical Equipment Library service, under supervision of the Team Leader and Higher Clinical Support Worker inclusive of weekend working.
To work towards achieving recorded competencies and Btec Diploma, Level 2 Healthcare Science – leading to progression to Band 3 Higher Clinical Support Worker.
Supports all Clinical Engineering Departmental objectives and medical device service requirements through active locating and collection of devices for PPM.
