Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing valuable insights to tailor learning experiences to individual needs. Assist in planning, preparing, and organising educational resources to maintain a stimulating and well-structured classroom environment. Engage with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure each child’s well-being and development are supported. Implement positive behaviour management strategies to help children build strong social and emotional skills. Ideal Candidate Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Proven experience in an EYFS setting with a solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development. Patient, empathetic, adaptable, with excellent communication skills. A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
