Job summary

A claims management service provider is seeking Technicians of all levels for a home-based role in the UK. You will assist in restoring properties affected by water, fire, and other damages. Responsibilities include cleaning, installation of drying equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A full driving license and a commitment to excellent service are essential. Basic Salary ranges from £25,500 to £30,000, with additional benefits including annual leave and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
• A full, clean driving license with no more than 3 points.
• Previous experience in damage restoration is preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning, drying, and sanitising tasks following water or fire damage.
• Help monitor and install drying equipment on-site.
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and relevant parties.
