• Experience with predominantly vans and familiarity with HGV operations.
• Understanding of drivers compliance.
• Strong communicator with leadership skills.
• Organized and calm under pressure.
• Good IT skills for job planning and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient route planning of delivery vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle movements and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety policies.
• Coach and support drivers, managing rotas and performance.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and liaise with customers.
