• Proven experience as a Revit Technician in an MEP environment.
• Strong skills in 3D modelling and production of coordinated MEP models.
• Experience with clash detection and technical coordination.
• Good understanding of BIM standards and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 3D MEP models using Revit.
• Support production and coordination of mechanical and electrical services models.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination working with design teams.
• Assist with model audits and ensure design compliance.
• Contribute to BIM deliverables and support design reviews.
