Responsibilities

• Full commercial management from pre-construction to completion.
• Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparation and management of monthly cost/value reports.
• Valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Change control and commercial risk management.
• Liaising closely with site, design, and client teams.
