Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
  • Knowledge of EMEA regulatory requirements related to data center development is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the Region, as required (25% min).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all pre-constructions are ‘sales ready’ and comply with the required standards.
  • Provide executive level reporting based on preconstruction P6 programmes.
  • Create and oversee comprehensive pre-construction project schedules.
  • Collaborate with consultant teams and project management to ensure alignment.
