Job summary

A dynamic social care organization is seeking a Team Facilitator to support Lauren, focusing on leadership, team management, and direct support. The successful applicant will require excellent organizational skills and an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, along with a full driving license. A competitive salary of £30,128.34 per annum is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, and autism.
• Ability to lead and deliver excellent support practices.
• Capable of creating support strategies and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Lauren and her team.
• Implement practice leadership and new strategies.
• Encourage team ownership of quality support.

Skills

Experience with adults and children with learning disabilities

Strong facilitation skills

Education
