A leading social care organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator to support individuals with learning disabilities. The role involves leading a team, encouraging ownership of support quality, and creating effective service designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with individuals with diverse needs, strong facilitation, and communication skills, along with a relevant qualification. This position offers a full-time, dynamic work environment and competitive salary.
39 hours per week
£30,128.34 per annum + additional on call payment
