Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership in engineering, R&D, or senior technical roles.
• Strong experience in electronics, embedded firmware, and mechanical hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Own the global hardware and firmware architecture and roadmap.
• Lead and evolve the hardware, firmware, and product engineering functions.
• Provide executive oversight of critical field issues and firmware evolution.
• Partner with Product, Software, Manufacturing, Operations, and PMO leaders.
