As a People Partner at Modulr,you’llplay a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy and supporting our leaders to deliver on our ambitious goals.You’llbe a trusted advisor, coach, and project lead, helping to build a culture where everyone can do their best work.

WhatYou’llDo
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders and line managers to develop and deliver people plans aligned withModulr’sstrategicobjectives.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and coaching on complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice.
  • Manager Coaching: Provide guidance and hands-on coaching to managers, equipping them with the skills and confidence to effectively lead their teams, navigate challenges, andbuilda positive working environment.
  • Talent & Succession:Work with ourL&DLeadtosupport people projects such as succession planning, talent reviews, and workforce planning, working closely with senior leaders and the Talent team.
  • Organisational Design: Advise on organisational structure, performance review processes, and resource management to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Annual Processes: Support the People & Culture team with annual cycles (e.g., compensation review, performance management) and lead on ad hoc projects asrequired.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identifyopportunities to enhance our people processes, policies, and employee experience.
  • Own and deliver key projects aligned to the People Strategy, ensuring initiatives are executed effectively and drive measurable impact across the business.
  • Use data-driven insights to influence and guide leaders,identifyingtrends and opportunities to improve engagement,performanceand organisational outcomes.Culture Champion: PromoteModulr’svalues and inclusive culture, ensuring all colleagues feel supported and empowered.
Who You Are

Whatyou’llneed:

  • Excellent working knowledge of HR, including ER, performance management, and stakeholder management.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management experience, with the ability to challenge senior stakeholdersand act as a trustedpartner.
  • Experience in fast-paced, changing environments; able to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
  • Superb communication, organisational, and time management skills; strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, HR systems).
Nice to haves
  • Experience in financial services or scale-up environments.
  • International HR experienceincluding US, EU& Indian.
  • Flexible, can-do attitude and ability tomaintainconfidentiality.
