This is a hands-on, people-facing role for someone who can build trust quickly, engage students who may be reluctant to ask for help, and make wellbeing support feel accessible, relevant, and human.You will play a key role in supporting students to overcome personal, emotional, or practical challenges that may affect their ability to engage fully in college life.
