Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in Electrical, Controls, Instrumentation, and PLC/SCADA.
• Experience with fault finding on industrial equipment.
• Background in control systems-related EC&I and software design in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Service Managers with technical advice on legacy equipment.
• Provide remote support for emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Offer technical advice for upgrading customer equipment.
