A leading independent engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Projects Estimator in Leeds, responsible for managing tenders within the Facilities Services division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the estimation process and a winning mentality to drive successful bids. We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful Projects team as an Estimator within the Facilities Services division of NG Bailey.
NG Bailey’s Projects division provides support to our facilities contracts by delivering installation projects. We also work for external clients, and our portfolio of opportunities has developed to a point that we require someone specifically assigned to compiling and issuing tenders to our clients. Our works are typically M&E biased but can involve building fabric works as we deliver full turnkey solutions to our clients often acting as Principal Contractor.
Example of the projects that we typically deliver are AHU Replacements, ASHP / Chiller Installations, UPS Installations, LED Lighting Installations, Building fit outs etc.
You will be responsible for issuing out the tenders with the support of our current Project Managers. You will champion and deliver a winning bid solution to enhance our pipeline of work.
