Electrician Job Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will undertake a variety of electrical jobs, including:

• EICR Testing: Performing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and certifying work using a PDA system.
• Repairs & Maintenance: Handling day-to-day electrical repairs, including fuse board replacements and general property maintenance.
• Electrical Upgrades: Rewiring, void property upgrades, and fit-outs.
• Safety Installations: Installing and replacing smoke and CO alarms.
• LED Lighting Upgrades: Upgrading communal area lighting to energy-efficient LED fittings.

You will work on long-term contracts in social housing in Lambeth but may also be required to cover across Essex, Lambeth, Hertfordshire, and Waltham Forest, with full support from our dedicated contract management team.

Electrician Job Requirements

We are looking for experienced electricians who meet the following criteria:

• 18th Edition Qualified
• Level 3 / AM2 Certification
• Full UK Driving License
• ECS Card

Preferred Qualifications:

• Testing qualifications such as 2391, 2392, 2394, or 2395
• Previous experience with electrical testing and reporting software
