We're a small, fully remote team building apps for the Atlassian Marketplace. We stay focused, ship products that matter, and obsess over delighting our users.

We're looking for a senior developer (freelancer) with a product mindset—someone who thinks beyond the code. You understand the user journey, ask "why" before "how," and care as much about the user experience as you do about the implementation. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and making design decisions, not just executing specs.

Our stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Atlassian Forge and Connect, Google Cloud Platform. A robust knowledge of Node.js is a must.

How we work: Async-first with short feedback loops. We trust each other to manage our own time and make good decisions. We use AI tools extensively throughout development and testing—not as a gimmick, but as a core part of how we build. We want someone who's already working this way or eager to.

Strong written communication and remote collaboration skills are essential.
