A leading utility company in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Site Supervisor for their Waste Network Resolution Team. The role involves managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring operational readiness, and adhering to safety regulations. Candidates should have experience in supervisory roles, knowledge of hydraulics, and hold a full UK driving licence. You’ll be based at our Strongford site in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, including some evenings and weekends on a standby rota.
Our team is dedicated to safely take away waste water from our customer’s through our infrastructure and you’ll take ownership of Strategic Network issues, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the effective delivery of operational works whilst minimising the impact on our customers and their communities.

It would be advantageous to have experience in supervisory or management position or exhibit relevant leadership behaviours and be confident working collaboratively with contract partners and stakeholders across a large geographical area. You’ll ideally have experience of isolation operations on a network i.e. safety procedures and an understanding of hydraulics and the effects this can have on pipe integrity.
You’ll previously have worked with deep excavations, large diameter repairs and been exposed to the operation of a large plant and equipment. A full UK driving licence is required for the role.
