As a Senior member of the team the role is responsible for ensuring that all Payment Operations tasks are fulfilled in line with procedures, SLA’s and quality. The role will action and oversee activities carried out by the operations assistants within the team providing support to them and the Payments manager.
Working in a Payments team is a fast-moving role, and the ideal candidate should feel comfortable in a busy environment where they can make a difference to a team throughout the day, grow, support and learn within the team. Payments team touch all Products in Allica, the opportunity allows for an individual to be involved in all areas of the bank, building and forming key relationships and knowledge.
