Job summary

A leading care provider in Spalding seeks a Registered Manager to support children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar environment at a senior level.
  • Qualified in Children and Young Peoples workforce at Level 3/4.
  • Working towards or achieved Level 5 in leadership for Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with vision, compassion, and integrity for outstanding child care.
  • Mentor and develop staff to build future leaders.
  • Oversee operational aspects including safeguarding and compliance.

Skills

Senior level experience in care
Knowledge of legislation and safeguarding
Financial management experience
Ability to work flexibly

Education

Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young Peoples workforce
Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care
