Multi-Activity Instructor at Rock and Rapid Adventures

Pay:£25,396.00-£27,000.00 per year

At Rock and Rapid Adventures, we don’t just “teach” activities—we create life‑changing experiences. We are looking for motivated, CWI‑qualified instructors to join our South Molton team and help deliver our legendary school residentials and local adventures.

The Role: Your Office Has No Walls

You’ll be a “Jack (or Jill) of all trades,” delivering high‑octane sessions across our entire portfolio. Your week might look like:

• Vertical Challenges:Leading climbing sessions, NICAS coaching, and mastering the High Ropes course.
• Water & Coast:Taking groups Canoeing or heading to the Devon cliffs for adrenaline‑fueled Coasteering.
• Target Sports:Channeling inner warriors with Archery and Axe Throwing.
• Residential Magic:Being a key part of our school residential programs, helping students build confidence and independence.

What We’re Looking For

• The Credentials:A valid CWI (Climbing Wall Instructor)/RCI qualification is essential.
• The Vibe:You are a natural leader who can keep a group of 30 school kids engaged, safe, and stoked.
• The Experience:If you have experience in paddlesports, coasteering, or target sports, you’re top of our list. If not, you must be eager to learn and train.
• The Passion:You spend your own time in the wild. You’re not just doing a job; you’re sharing a lifestyle.
