• Numeracy and literacy skills to at least Level 2.
• Supervisory experience, ideally in FMCG environment.
• Recognised supervision and/or continuous improvement qualification.

Responsibilities

• Achieving safety, quality, volume, cost, and behavioural targets.
• Managing training, appraisals, attendance reviews, and recruitment.
• Leading investigations and improvement projects.
