Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site teams and specialist service providers.
• Knowledge of health, safety and building compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain portfolio-wide facilities, estates and compliance standards.
• Lead reactive maintenance, PPM, M&E and statutory compliance.
• Champion a Safety First culture with oversight of fire and building safety.
• Manage budgets for facilities and estates spend.
• Develop strategic third-party supplier relationships.
• Produce facilities and compliance reporting for stakeholders.

Skills

Proven experience in a senior facilities, estates or technical role within residential, hospitality, PBSA or similar environments

Strong understanding of facilities management across different residential asset classes

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Strong commercial and budget management capability

Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach

Education

IOSH qualification (or higher)
