A healthcare solutions provider is seeking a Specialist Nurse to deliver effective patient care in the community from Wrexham. This role requires an RGN registration, experience in acute care settings, and capability in administering injections and IV therapies. We’re looking for a Specialist Nurse to join our Clinical Operations team within Wrexham, who will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient‑centred care in the community, whilst helping prevent unnecessary admissions.
This role offers the opportunity to combine strong clinical practice with independent decision‑making, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients at home during a crucial stage of their care.
It’s ideal for nurses who are passionate about community‑based care, value continuity and patient experience, and want a role that balances clinical responsibility with meaningful patient relationships.
This role covers a regional area therefore a UK driving licence is required.
