These challenges need the bold science we support, but they won’t be solved by science alone. **About the role**We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Partner, Leadership and Management Development to design and deliver initiatives that build management and leadership capability and support a high-performance culture across Wellcome to help us deliver on our mission. This role will partner with senior leaders and HR colleagues to embed inclusive, high-performing practices and foster a culture of continuous development. You’ll lead initiatives that equip our people to thrive and grow in alignment with our mission.You’ll be part of the Talent team within the People function, reporting to the Talent Development Lead.
