🎯 Project Manager | Delivering Exceptional Live and Studio Events Worldwide

At Pixl Evolution, we deliver high quality live and studio events for clients around the world. From studio builds to large scale live productions, our team brings creativity, precision, and technical expertise to every project.

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in audio visual (AV) production and live events. You should have hands‑on knowledge of technical production, event operations, and coordinating crew and equipment to help deliver high‑quality live and studio events from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including client visits as needed
• Discuss event requirements, gather detailed briefs, and create accurate quotes and proposals
• Translate client needs into technical specifications with project and operations teams
• Manage projects from pre production through on‑site execution and wrap
• Coordinate freelance crew, sub hire equipment, and transportation requirements
• Lead and support freelance crew during setup, show time, and breakdown
• Produce project documentation, schedules, and health and safety materials
• Manage project budgets and provide invoicing information to Accounts
• Research new technologies and share updates with the Technical Director
• Support improvements to departmental processes and client experience
• Partner with sales to help identify and develop new business opportunities
• Represent Pixl Evolution at trade shows and industry events
• Provide project support outside standard business hours when required

• Strong technical understanding of audio visual systems and live event workflows
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with attention to detail
