Qualifications

• Be MRICS or FRICS status (in excess of 2 years PQE).
• AssocRICS will also be considered.
• RICS Registered Valuer.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a range of valuations including Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys.
• Carry out site inspections across commercial and residential properties.
• Manage your own pipeline with the support of centralized admin.
• Use the latest technology for valuation work.
• Build business locally through networking.
