Emmetts is seeking a Service Coordinator to support our Service operations manager and Service team. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a workshop, service department, or dealership environment, who brings strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in service operations and service administration, or other pathways within the business.
As our Service Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of the Service Department — managing records, scheduling, repair orders, and customer enquiries while providing day-to-day administrative support to the Service Operations Manager and workshop. You’ll work closely with Workshop Manager, technicians, and customers to ensure the department operates efficiently, professionally, and profitably.
No two days are the same, and you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of administrative, customer service, and operational tasks.
