Overview

Are you an experienced Service Manager or Workshop Supervisor / Foreman who is ready to take on the challenge of leading your own team?

If the answer is “Yes”, then we have the ideal opportunity for you at our Stockbridge branch.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Agricultural and Groundcare Service Team to ensure the efficient, effective and productive use of resources, workshop facilities and equipment.
• Advise the team on best practice and methods of repair, determining and enforcing repair times by monitoring of work.
• Maintain good housekeeping of the workshop, including risk assessments, and be accountable for the KPI’s of the Workshop.
• Ensure timely invoicing, monthly reviews of turnover and profit, and oversee the cost of the department.
• Build the best workshop team possible by identifying training needs across the Workshop Team through regular 1:1s and annual appraisals.
• Be responsible for health and safety within the team.
• Manage administration aspects of a busy workshop with a methodical and diligent approach.
• Report to and be supported day to day by the Service Operations Manager, (Andrew Hannington).
