A training provider in the transport sector seeks an experienced bus driver to mentor and train apprentices. This full-time, Monday to Friday position focuses on guiding learners through practical training and assessments across various settings. Candidates should possess significant driving experience and relevant licenses, and be passionate about helping others succeed. The ideal individual communicates effectively, balances delivery with mentoring responsibilities, and is comfortable in both classroom and practical environments.

Qualifications

• Significant bus driving experience and strong understanding of safe driving practices.
• Hold a valid CPC and PCV licence.
• Experience training or coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction sessions and support apprentices from enrolment to assessment.
• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions across various formats.
• Provide mentoring during practical driving sessions.
