Qualifications

  • Experience in a Financial Planning firm is required.
  • Motivated, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to hold conversations with third parties.

Responsibilities

  • Client correspondence, written and verbal.
  • Processing New Business.
  • Preparation of client review packs.
  • Arranging client meetings and managing the Adviser's diary.
  • Ensure all financial planning client administration is compliant.

Skills

Good working knowledge of IO and Platform
Production of concise business correspondence
Confidence with IT and office software
Management and prioritising workloads
Excellent planning and organisational abilities
