Job summary

A leading training organization is seeking a Trainer/Assessor specializing in Early Years to provide high-quality coaching and assessment in a hybrid work environment. Candidates must have a Level 5 qualification in their subject area, as well as certifications in assessing vocational achievement and education. Strong communication skills and a commitment to helping learners succeed are essential. Competitive salary between £26,500 and £30,000 per year is offered along with a supportive working culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with e-Portfolios is essential.
  • Recent vocational experience in related fields is essential.
  • Ability to support learners in achieving successful outcomes is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality training and assessment to apprentices.
  • Plan and sequence training based on assessment of learners.
  • Organize and plan assessment opportunities and review meetings.

Education

Level 5 in subject sector specialism
Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) or equivalent
