A leading early years education charity in Devon is seeking a skilled Early Years Manager to inspire and lead their team in delivering outstanding early education and care. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, building relationships with parents, and ensuring financial sustainability. Oaktree Nursery based in Devon is a popular setting at the heart of the community. Oaktree Nursery is rated Outstanding by Ofsted and 10 on Day Nurseries. The Early Years Manager will be supported by the Children Services Manager and wider Alliance support services including HR and Finance.
