YMCA Trinity Group is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educator to join our vibrant childcare setting in Lowestoft.

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to‑day running of the room and ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the day‑to‑day running of the room
• Provide high‑quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS
• Work as part of a friendly, experienced, and supportive team
• Use your initiative while also taking direction when needed
• Bring creativity, vision, and enthusiasm to your practice

What You’ll Need:

• A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• A minimum of two years post‑qualifying experience
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Great IT skills and a collaborative spirit

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. Days and hours: 28.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and 9‑12 on a Friday.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is £14,732.21 (Term Time, includes holiday pay)
