What You’ll Do
  • Be the first line of support, offering in-the‑moment help via phone.
  • Deliver solution‑focused counselling through telephone or video sessions.

  • Refer to external services when needed, ensuring holistic care.
  • Manage a structured caseload with professionalism and compassion.

What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma‑level (or higher) qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy.
  • Registration with a recognised UK professional body (BACP, UKCP, NCS).
  • Minimum 2 years’ post‑qualification counselling experience.
  • Experience in short‑term, solution‑focused interventions.
  • Strong communication skills, digital competence, and emotional resilience.
