We are hiring an ambitious and forward‑thinking Senior Commercial Manager to join our established and growing team in the UK.
This role leads the delivery of commercially sound and competitive pricing for new bids and contract retentions, supporting Macro’s growth strategy. You will head the pricing workstream on complex bids, collaborating with the Bid team, suppliers, and subject matter experts to develop winning submissions while identifying commercial opportunities and risks throughout the process.
You will actively seek innovative pricing solutions, provide commercial oversight and challenge during solution design, and review subcontractor quotations. Additionally, you will support the Head of Commercial Pricing in ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies, and procedures.
