Job summary

A fintech company in the UK is seeking an experienced M&A Analyst to support their growth strategy. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions, including origination, execution, and integration. Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience in M&A or Corporate Finance, strong financial analytical skills, and a keen interest in technology-enabled businesses. Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in M&A, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance.
• Exceptional foundational knowledge in Investment Banking.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end M&A process, including origination, evaluation, execution and integration.
• Build and review financial models, valuations and investment cases for acquisition targets.
• Conduct financial, commercial and operational due diligence.
• Prepare investment papers and board materials for senior stakeholders.
• Assist in deal structuring, SPA review and transaction execution.
• Work closely with functional teams to support post-acquisition integration.
• Track market trends, competitors and potential acquisition opportunities.
